The details you submit are used only to review the Join application and organize administrative follow-up.
What we collect
Applicant and player details, date of birth, contact numbers, sport, city, preferred contact method, and optional notes.
Why we use it
To review the application, organize its status within the administration team, and contact you when a next step is available.
No account is created automatically
Submitting does not create a player account, provide login access, or mean the application was accepted.
Retention period
The final retention period will be approved before public launch based on management and legal requirements.
